Cancellation Policy

If a change in stay is necessary, we require a 14-day
notice for refund of your deposit, 21 days notice for
holiday weekends. Because of our small size,
cancellations affect us significantly. If we are able
to book the room, you will receive a refund less
a $20 handling fee.

Other Policies & Information

  • Check-in: 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Please advise us
    if your arrival is after 7:00 pm.
  • Checkout: 11:00 am
  • Deposit: One night's lodging
  • We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American
    Express, personal checks, and cash.
  • Two night minimum on weekends and 3-4 night
    minimum on holidays.
  • Smoking is not permitted indoors.
  • We are unable to accommodate pets.
  • Our goal is to provide a relaxing and tranquil
    environment for our guests.
    We do not encourage children under 12.
